Before you start

The Triangle of Insight has three points: Symptom (the thing they're doing right now that hurts), Wisdom (the belief flip that changes everything), and Metaphor (the story that makes the wisdom land without resistance).

These 10 questions walk you through all three, in order. Answer them like you're talking to one specific person — not a segment, not an avatar, one human. The more specific your answers, the more potent your post.

Don't overthink. Write like you talk. The Wizard will sharpen the edges.
